Chipotle Mexican Grill-Now Open

Sitting high on the hill at Newhall Ranch and Copperhill is Valencia’s newest eatery.  Chipotle Mexican Grill is a step up from the Alamo in Granery Square.  Same idea, you go in order your food then find a seat.  It’s a very casual environment.  The menu is simple.  Burrito, burrito bowl, taco, fajita, but don’t be dissappointed because if you want something else, ask them and they can probably make it.

Aside from the food being really good, the view is spectacular.  They have a great patio which reminded me of the days I used to spend at the Alamo in Granery Square.  The difference is there aren’t kids racing through on bikes or skateboards.  It’s a quieter patio with an amazing view of the valley including Magic Mountain.

If you like Wana Iguana or Baja Fresh, check out Chipotle.  If you can’t say it, don’t worry, they’ll serve you anyway.
