Sushi and Santa Clarita

As a resident of more than 10 years, it’s safe to say I’ve frequented the majority of the restaurants in the Santa Clarita Valley. If you know me, you’d know that I love sushi. I have to say, the best sushi restaurant I’ve been to is Kyoto Sushi in Stevenson Ranch.

They have an all you can eat special for about $25.00 for one hour. The ambiance in there is friendly. The best dish is the Salmon…IMO. However, if you like rolls, try the shrimp tempura roll. They have also recently added numerous rolls to satisfy any appetite.  The other nice thing is the pieces aren’t so big, so when you take a bite, the whole thing doesn’t fall apart.  I’ve been to many places where it’s almost too big and hard to eat.
Someone in your family not a sushi fan? No problem. Kyoto Sushi has a full kitchen and can prepare some delicious chicken teriyaki, shrimp tempura or many other dishes that might be to your liking.

Try it out and tell me if I’m wrong. You won’t be dissapointed.
